These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order the customer confirms that he has read them and accepts them.

Products and prices

We sell packaging for flowers and gifts: wrapping paper, ribbons, bags, boxes and related items. All prices are in Georgian lari (GEL).

Retail and wholesale (B2B) prices are different. Wholesale prices are available to business customers whose company has been approved by us.

Photos are illustrative; colours may differ slightly depending on the screen. The minimum order quantity shown on a product page applies to that product.

Placing an order

An order is placed when the customer completes the checkout. We may contact the customer to confirm the details.

We may cancel an order if the goods are out of stock or the data is incorrect. In that case any amount already paid is returned in full.

Customer account

The customer is responsible for the correctness of the data he enters and for keeping his password secret. Business status (wholesale prices) is granted after our approval and can be withdrawn if the data is false.

Disputes

The relations between the seller and the customer are governed by the law of Georgia. We try to settle every dispute by negotiation first; if that is not possible, the dispute is decided by the courts of Georgia.

Changes

We may change these terms. The terms published on the website at the moment of ordering apply to that order.
